Damages & Issues

Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at maisonnettemarguerite@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it. For any defects or damages, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Exchanges

Since we do not accept returns or exchanges, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the item details before purchasing. If you would like a different item, please place a separate order for the new item.
